The Checkout feature will allow you to fully master the appointment booking process. It will allow you to keep track of completed services, handle finances, and view who your new customers are.
1. Checking out a Customer
Click the appointment and select “Service Complete (Checkout)” from the drop-down menu.
You will be taken to the customer checkout page. Here you can enter how much a customer paid and tipped. If you are running any promotions or are simply feeling charitable, you can enter a discount for that service.
2. Printing your Schedule
Access the “Print Daily Plan” link in the upper left-hand corner.
You can print the entire salon’s schedule for the day, or print an individual stylist’s schedule.
Choose a short report or a detailed one. Short reports are recommended, in the interest of saving paper.
3. Monthly Reports
For an assessment of how business is doing, you can access the Reports at any time.
To use this feature, go to the “Manage Business” button in the top left corner. Select “Reports” from the drop-down menu, then “General”.
Select the reports of one Stylist, or the entire salon.
For a report on Salon earnings, select “Revenue”
For a report on Customer Tracking, select “Retention”
You will be taken to the reports page. You will be able to see the raw data visualized in graph form.
You will also be able to tell how many new customers are being driven to your site.
